Here is a screen capture from a real EPN account as an exact example of what data is displayed.

Some fields have been “blacked” out to protect the niches of the innocent. I have left the data relating to a single campaign “in the clear” so that you can see exactly how it looks.

Each section is discussed in detail below.

Section 1 :

Here is where you specify the range of dates for which you wish to generate information.

You can specify any date range that you wish and all the data will be returned for that period, however, the chart will only plot a maximum of 40 days.

In our example case we are requesting data for the period 4 September 2009 to 6 September 2009, inclusive.

You can also specify here whether to display the chart, or not.

Section 2 :

This is where you can see your total commission earned for the current month.

No matter what date range you enter, this will ALWAYS display the total for the current month.

To illustrate this, note that our entered date range is 4 September 2009 to 6 September 2009 … but, because I made this screen capture in October 2009, the total that is displayed is the current earnings for October 2009.

Section 3 :

In this section you will see a chart. This is a grouped bar chart that displays a BLUE BAR indicating your total sales (of completed auctions) for the day (scaled on the left axis), together with a RED BAR indicating your total commission for the day (scaled on the right axis).

Section 4 :

This is the area that displays your daily totals for the entered date range.

It gives you the date, the total number of clicks that you got, your average EPC, your number of winning bids, the total revenue of those winning bids, the number of ACRU’s, the winning bid conversion rate, the revenue per click, the ACRU conversion rate, and your total commission earned, all grouped per day.

Section 5 :

This area gives you campaign related data.

You will see the campaign name (as you entered it in your EPN interface when you first created the campaign), the total number of clicks that you got, your average EPC, your number of winning bids, the total revenue of those winning bids, the number of ACRU’s, the winning bid conversion rate, the revenue per click, the ACRU conversion rate, and average time (in days) between the click and the sale, and your total commission earned, all grouped per campaign.

Section 6 :

Similar to section 5, except that it groups the data based on the different eBay programs that you have registered for.

It displays the eBay program name, the total number of clicks that you got, your average EPC, your number of winning bids, the total revenue of those winning bids, the number of ACRU’s, the winning bid conversion rate, the revenue per click, the ACRU conversion rate, and your total commission earned, all grouped per program.

Section 7 :

My personal favorite section, as it displays each of the actual items that have been sold (completed auction transactions).

This information is almost impossible to find in the EPN interface.

The information displayed in this table includes the date that eBay captures the sale, the campaign name, the campaign ID, the eBay program, the time (in days) between the click and the sale, the total amount of the sale, and a clickable link to go to the actual auction.

Note : Clickable images of completed auctions is also available.

Below I have made a screen capture of 3 items in the Completed Auctions table (section 7 area) from the 6 September 2009. But, this time I have switched on the “show images” option in the Piggybank configuration. As you can see, an (clickable) image of each item sold is shown instead of the eBay auction ID. This is a very handy way to quickly see what was sold on each auction.

Section 8 :

This last section of the statistics page relates to individual ACRU’s. Although eBay does not reward you directly per ACRU anymore, this is automatically built into your daily EPC, and is still very handy information to have.

The information displayed includes the date that eBay records the ACRU, your campaign name, your campaign ID, the eBay program name, and the eBay item number that was responsible for the ACRU.

If you have “show images” option switched on in the Piggybank configuration screen then instead of the clickable item number link you will see the actual image of the auctioned item (exactly as in section 7 above).

Section 9 :

This is where you can see Piggybanks own performance statistics.

It will tell you how long it took for EPN to transfer your transaction files to Piggybank, how long it took Piggybank to crunch all the data, and how much memory Piggybank needed to perform its task.

This information can help guide you in the case where you need to make memory allocation increases in the Piggybank configuration screen.
